Art Producer works at Gameloft
I managed the packaging team. A multidisciplinar team (2D, 3D VFX artists, graphic designes..etc) and which was located in Madrid (Spain), Montreal (Canada) and Manila (Philippines). I was in charge of the organization of the projects, the distribution of tasks, follow up and troubleshoting. The coordination among the different teams, ensuring deadlines, quality in terms of specifications but also artisticly. I also collaborate in the team recruitment, created the career plan of the members, training, did the yearly performance review of the team, KPI’s, set goals and incentives... etc.

Pasé a dirigir, al equipo de packaging, un equipo multidisciplinar (2D , 3D, VFX artist, diseñadores gráficos... etc) establecido entre Madrid, Montreal y Manila . Entre mis tareas estaba la organización de los proyectos, la distribución de tareas, el seguimiento de los mismos y la resolución de problemas. La coordinación entre los diferentes equipos, asegurando los plazos de entrega y la calidad técnica (especificaciones) y artística. También colaboraba en la selección del equipo, creaba el plan de carrera, formación, revisión de la actuación, KPI’s , incentivos etc.
